Luigi’s Walk for Bark

Luigi Mansi, one of the BARK CHARITY Trustees, walked into 2020 through cold wet and dark roads to Brighton. A 30 hrs 15 minutes walk time to complete the 90km route. This was a strength of mind and of heart to raise much needed funds for the disadvantaged.

Raising money to transport the mini bus to Zimbabwe

This was mostly a personal challenge but due to the interest of the Zimbabwe trip it would be very nice to put any donations towards sending the mini bus that was donated to us by the Boy Scouts in September off to Zimbabwe. The bus has not yet made it out of the UK as we need more funds for its transportation (click here for campaign).

The bus will play a vital part in the enrichment projects that the charity runs in Zimbabwe, particularly transporting the children to various activities that empowers the marginalised.

Projects to change lives

Having been to Zimbabwe it was an eye opener in realising how we can change lives with our projects. It does not take much to be appreciated due to the lack of opportunities, funding and support for the children.

So if you appreciate what we are doing as a charity, please follow the link to help us get the £5,000 required to send the bus and loads of donated kit to the children in Zimbabwe that need it most.

Thank you!

Billy.
